I mean he kind of had a hand in creating the monster, unknowingly but still… So I’d assume he already carries some guilt and other unsavory feelings canceled or not.

People lose their jobs in every walk of life, and getting depressed or worrying about yourself is a thing that will happen. The reason he might lose his job has nothing to do with politics. It’s an outdated product that is going away because of you tube, influencers and other newer media. The cost of having a studio,paying a band,paying writers etc is not cost effective for the payoff money wise. He’s lucky in his life that he’s made enough money for the rest of his life and doesn’t have to worry like normal people.
