    1. This woman kills a man, drives away, and that doesn’t warrent her getting a prison sentence. Shocking

    2. *While Wallace had no convictions at the time, he said she was being investigated for driving while unfit and has since been convicted of being drunk while in charge of a vehicle, dangerous driving, failing to stop and having no insurance on April 15th/16th, 2023. He said she was also convicted for failing to stop, having no insurance and driving while banned on July 3rd, 2023.*

      Literal madness.

So literally getting away with murder even though the details are crystal clear..that’s where we are at now.

Leave the scene of an accident where someone has been injured, surely that should mean an automatic sentence…

She did it to hide fact she was drunk by look of it. A coward.

    5. Cowards like that need to be put behind bars, man or woman.

Come on. Aren’t people aiming for equality? Well, putting her behind bars is equality. You don’t just get benefits only.

    6. This is another case of a imbecile judge treating the criminal like the victim

Ah here is this actually real life, the sentences handed out here for the worst crimes are completely laughable the justice system is completely out of touch

    8. *Defence counsel Thomas McKeever said Wallace wants to again “extend her sympathy to the family of the deceased”*. Oh well in that case.

I wish her the best of luck in her university course. Hopefully she studies ‚how to not run people over when you’re hammered‘

I don’t know how the families of victims in cases where the sentences are insulting as this aren’t consumed by rage.

If I lost a loved one like this and then hear that their life is worth a 9 month driving ban and nothing more, I think I would lose my mind.

i don’t think it’s far fetched to say that if it was a man it’d be a different outcome altogether. a disgraceful verdict

    12. If thats the case why dont we all team up, women only of course and just kill the people in charge of the law handling, while under the influence, we would just get away with it or a slap on the wrist at least. To be clear this is a joke statement, but it has to be said, for shits and giggles cause thats the way they do things apparently.

If it was the other way round the man would have at least got a 2 year suspended sentence….

      Joke of a country

    14. If you wanted to murder someone in this country you should use a car, barely any punishment.

I am aware NI is a different juridiction but its often the same story.

Remember what they say about Ireland. If you’re going to kill some, make sure you’re behind the wheel.
