Nah, they aren’t „no longer willing to fight for putin“, they just don’t want to fight like putin wants.
I didn’t hear anything about poor russian soldiers not wanting to safely launch missiles and drones, never heard of poor russians not wanting to build drones hundreds of km away from the front line etc.
They just don’t want to die, but it doesn’t make them anti-war.

In reality they just don’t want to be thrown into a meat grinder. As long as they can massacre Ukrainians safely there’s no issue.
