It’s the opening times
From when its opened. Weekdays and Saturday/Sunday.

Open 5AM to 1AM on weekdays, 7AM to midnight on Saturday.
Open from 05 to 01 (in the morning) during weekdays and from 07 to 24 on Saturday / holidays.
It is the times that the store is open, the numbers in parentheses is the weekend times, hope this helps.
Opening hours. In this case weekdays are 0500-0100, saturdays are 0700-2400
It means the store is open from 5 am to 1 am on weekdays and from 7 am to midnight on the weekends.
