Also hielt ich offensichtlich zurück und versuchte, sich zurückzuwehren, riss eines der Offiziershemden von seinem Rücken. 20 bis 30 Sekunden nachdem sie mich gepackt haben, sagten sie weiter, dass sie die Polizei waren und nur 1 der 3 zeigten das Abzeichen, das sie mir auf den Erdungskopf warf, bis ich nicht atmen konnte, und fast ohnmächtig, was in Spanien nicht tun sollte, es sei denn, ich bin nicht. Ich habe mich widersetzt, was 0 spürte, was der ursprüngliche Stopp für das Verbrechen war, das ich am 1. Platz gestoppt habe. Auch als ich in der Zelle war, versuchten sie, mich mit Kokain zu gestalten, erklärt, dass in einem anderen Thread bitte das tun, was ihr kann, um meine Geschichte zu hören.

Are you sure they weren’t actually criminals that jumped you? Why would the police do this? – if you resisted like you rightly did, they would have arrested you on the spot. This seems like scammers trying to scare tourists.

My reaction is of disbelief. It’s just hard to not think that you are omitting some important detail in your story. It is true that some police officers in Spain are corrupt, but abuse of force is extremely rare. If you are indeed innocent and your story is 100% accurate, then I apologize.

I’d contact a lawyer if i were you. Just to be sure go to your nearest publuc hospital and ask to be seen by an emergency doctor. After they examine you ask for a printed lesions report. In case they try to give you shit at the airport or anything. Its better to be safe than sorry

In Spain, police officers must identify themselves, but so do you, no probable cause or suspicion is required for them to require your Passport.
Just failing to comply with that, or offering any type of resistance in regards to that, can be extended to ‚put you in Jail for the night‘.
If you had anything to drink, raised your voice at night, had no way to ID yourself, or displayed any type of unorderly behaviour (fighting, yelling, pushing) at night, you are setting yourself up as the perfect excuse to be targeted.
