When they cross paths, it seems the turtle tank spots the ukrainian tank and starts reversing, while the ukrainian tank also reverses slightly to adjust. Given the reverse speeds, the turtle tank could be based on a t-72 and the ukrainian a t-64. (exhaust on the t-64 is on the mid. T-72 is on the side)
Shot by the UA tank didn’t cause visible sparks, so not clear if APFSDS. But explosion seems small for HE as well.
