Power is pulled, not pushed. Your laptop will take as much power as it needs and if you are worried about not enough power, worst case your laptop doesn’t turn on or charge fast enough.
If you are worried about the laptop exploding, dont it’ll be fine.

European standard voltage for this socket is 230V AC. I doubt that anything else comes from a public socket of that type, it would be sa safety hazard and safety regulations would not allow that. Worst case would be that the socket is switched off and nothing comes from it. So if your laptop charger’s input voltage range covers 230V AC, then you are good to go, plug it in and see if it works.
