Hallo,
Ich habe eine Fikionsbescheinigung und plane eine Reise nach Italien und Kroatien. Ich wollte bestätigen, ob ich nur mit dem Fikionsbescheinigung reisen darf? Ich habe auch den Screenshot von Seite 3 meiner Fixion angehängt, wodurch das Kästchen nicht überprüft wird, in dem ich außerhalb Deutschlands reisen kann
Außerdem läuft mein Fikionsbescheinigung in zwei Wochen aus, aber ich habe meinen Termin für die Aufenthaltserlaubnis immer noch nicht erhalten. Ist es möglich, ein weiteres Fikionsbescheinigung zu bekommen, indem Sie sich an den AB angreifen? Ich lebe übrigens in München.

What do you mean by „it doesn’t check the box where I can travel outside Germany“? I don’t see any such box on your image.
Do you mean the „Der Inhaber hat die Dokumentation eines Aufenthaltsrechts nach dem FreizügG/EU oder dem Abkommen EU-Schweiz beantragt, das hiermit vorläufig bescheinigt wird“ (the last box)? That only concerns EU/EEA/Swiss citizens and their family members.

The § 81 Abs. 4 AufenthG provision, on which this Fiktionsbescheinigung is based on, does extend your expired residence title (eg. visa, residence permit) until you have received a decision by the Ausländerbehörde.
So as regards:

=> you can travel under the same conditions as on your old residence title (as always, I refer [to the Berlin ABH](https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/326233/), which states travel abroad and re-entering is possible with § 81 Abs. 4). To my knowledge they can’t even restrict this via the Fiktionsbescheinigung, but I’m always open to be proven wrong.

Since they haven’t decided on your application, you can also get another Fiktionsbescheinigung. It’s probably the same procedure as last time.
Note that you should/need to take (1) your valid Fiktionsbescheinigung, (2) your expired residence permit/visa and (3) your passport with you on your travels in the rest of the Schengen area.
I have the same whilst you can use it to get through the European passport lines, you’ll most likely need your passport at the MUC airport gate but when I went to Paris and BCN I just walked straight through as it’s Schengen area but I couldn’t go past MUC airport passport check without my passport
