    1. Jeffrey Epstein’s long-time partner Ghislaine Maxwell was asked “about 100 different people” by government lawyers.

Her own lawyer, David Oscar Markus, told reporters she answered “those questions honestly, truthfully, to the best of her ability”.

Markus insisted Maxwell had not asked for anything in exchange for her cooperation in interviews lasting more than nine hours.

Critically, he did not say what individuals she was asked about.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) claims it questioned Maxwell, 63, held at a low-security prison in Tallahassee, Florida, in order to get to the truth amid increasing pressure on Donald Trump to release files relating to Jeffrey Epstein.

“Justice demands courage,” Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, who led the questioning, said on social media. “For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghislaine Maxwell to ask: what do you know?”

[The Daily Mail reports](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14943711/ghislaine-maxwell-prince-andrew-grilling.html) that Maxwell was questioned by the DOJ about more than 100 figures, including [Prince Andrew](https://inews.co.uk/topic/prince-andrew-duke-of-york?srsltid=AfmBOoqpCyRBa7TMAvnB4n8tH0LJHqZGyK7pL5kp5LclfYg4Nk-GQI7f&ico=in-line_link), during a meeting at a courthouse in Florida.

It said the meeting had an armed guard due to death threats against Maxwell and the law enforcement officials in the case.

And a source also told the Mail that [Elon Musk](https://inews.co.uk/topic/elon-musk?srsltid=AfmBOoppD3nxBLKgiV8scsNkTOnk5ohlFu3jDasiGIEKSxcSV_gOfolT&ico=in-line_link), who ignited the latest scandal around Epstein [when he claimed Trump was named in the Epstein files](https://inews.co.uk/news/musk-says-without-me-trump-would-have-lost-the-election-as-row-escalates-3733741?ico=in-line_link), is himself in the files, alongside his brother.

“Maxwell was asked about a laundry list of people including Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, Les Wexner, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Leon Black and a Who’s Who of powerful Wall Street moneymen and financiers,” the source told the Mail.

“There were Silicon Valley names in there along with world leaders, other non-British royals aside from Andrew and famous names from the world of showbusiness.

“It’s ironic that Elon Musk kicked this whole thing off when he fell out with Trump and then made that post on X about Trump allegedly preventing the release of the full Epstein documents as some sort of ‘cover-up’. Well, Elon is in there, as is his brother.”

If this is reverse psychology, I support it.

Using his fragile little ego against him to fuck over the regime to make good things happen is based.

She will get a pardon in exchange for information on democratic pedophiles.

      A nice shiny cover-up

    4. I think they already coached her, she will give names of liberal-leaning figures and omit conservative figures including Trump, then he will pardon her and push for a white washing narrative

Not to mention that he is trying to allow churches to NOT inform authorities of sexual assault by clergy members.

At this point, if you still support Trump, you gonna go to Hell

Republicans don’t fight abortion because they care about life—they want more unwanted kids in the system, easier to groom, rape, and exploit.

lawlessness is the US now .. lost all credibility in the world .. can’t criticize any other government in the world

    8. Beyond weak. She’s convicted of sex-trafficking. Her victims were traumatized by her grooming them and abusing them as much as they were by Epstein. If Trump pardons her–when she’s shown no remorse–it’s all about HIM. It’s just because she’s willing to lie for him and incriminate the men that Blanche listed for her.

If Trump pardons Ghislane Maxwell it is a terrible rebuke of her victims–many who were children–and all who never had any other accountability for the horrible things that these two sex offenders did to them. If he cared about the VICTIMS, he would have had someone familiar with the case–a lawyer who had represented THEM–in the room with Blanche to be sure that she wasn’t lying. Blanche is just there as TRUMP’s lawyer.

That Trump has ALREADY given her a partial immunity guarantee–just because she will „names names“ that he wants, is disgusting. It also gives her permission to have lied over and over, without consequences. How can anyone continue to support such a morally corrupt man?

    9. It definitely shows that, but it also makes it even more likely that he is hiding his involvement in the Epstein files and activity and that he had sex many times with underage trafficked girls, supported by Epstein and Maxwell.

If Maxwell is released from prison I’m not sure she’ll last long. Just a guess.

    10. She was convicted without even testifying on her own behalf. She’s extremely guilty of sex trafficking and child molestation.

What reason would Trump have to pardon or even deal with her? He’s in the files and he knows it. He’s guilty and wants her to say he isn’t.

If he wasn’t in the files, there would be no reason to bargain with her. How stupid does he think we are?

If he pardons her, the thing to watch is how fast MAGA either begins to insist she did nothing wrong, or just forgets her entirely. Remember Trump pardoned the guy who founded and ran Silk Road. Crickets.

    12. Guys. I’m being serious.

If Trump pardons Maxwell, and the American people don’t DO something about it, we will never get rid of the MAGA movement.

The last straw should’ve been Jan 6th, but if Americans do not respond as we ought to as American patriots, this country will be utterly lost.

    13. EqualJustice1776 on

The malignant corruption is entirely blatant and Americans are completely nonplussed.

    14. GloomySchedule3164 on

Seriously I know it’s some 4D chess but make it seem like the path of least resistance for the guy and I garuntee you they jan 6th him for pardoning Maxwell

Pardoning someone involved in such serious crimes would definitely show poor judgment and make him look really weak.

    16. KasreynGyre on

I wouldn’t call someone that does whatever he wants without consequences „weak“.

    17. EmperorMrKitty on

As with all Trump drama, feels like we’ve just jumped past the main and biggest issue, instead favoring his personal connection.

If he’s guilty or innocent, either way… how does pardoning a sex trafficker for giving up evidence the government should are have… make any sense at all? Why would she possibly be set free? In a perfect world where she exposes terrible people, what the fuck is our government doing giving her a pass? If you’re a Trump supporter, you believe he’s guilty, and you get your proof… HOW is that sitting with you, also letting her get away with it?

    18. Wear-Simple on

Can he really pardon her? I thought it was only federal crimes he could pardon. Should not this atleast also be state crime in what ever state this happend in?

    19. ilikebiiiigdicks on

Weak? It’s nothing to do with being weak. It’s everything to do with him raping children and being a disgusting paedophile.

    20. everyone with a brain already knows he is weak. we need him off the planet.

    21. Future-Raspberry-780 on

If he pardons her, it’s an admission of guilt for her and him. She admits guilt by accepting a pardon, but she has spent her time defending her innocence from day 1. Apparently she didn’t get that memo about pardons.

    22. She was convicted of perjury. There is no credibility in what she says. That’s the first thing that needs to be brought up in any hearings or discussions on what she provides.

    23. SmoothJazziz1 on

If he pardons her, it’s criminal because it’s likely a bribe to keep her quiet.

    24. Wouldn’t it be awesome if he pardons her then she says she was lying to get the pardon and completely takes him down?
