It is not legal, if it has a bunch of illegals working there. Entering the US without a proper VISA is against the law in case you didn’t know. From there there are all sorts of crimes committed and compounding on top of each other, because if you are illegal then how can you comply with all the labor laws? The company can’t legally employee people who do not have a work VISA and proper SSN and identification. The most likely are not following the state labor laws either, like minimum wage, so they are compounding laws they are breaking. It’s just whole bunch of lawlessness, might as well be running an illegal marijuana store too. What is the difference in the laws you pick and choose to obey. Meanwhile there are others that do follow all the laws and there lies the rift. But you leftest Democrats will never understand that now will you. It’s all politics for you.
