Definitely a conspiracy, not a theory. But yeah, mass graves plus burn piles would be their plan for disposal.
It dates back the 90s when photos of coffin liners being stored by the manufacturer started circulating on the internet as part of „FEMA concentration camp“ conpsiracies. Every so often the idea (and the pictures) get put out again.
