My son had a very strong attachment to his pinguin and we lost it while on holidays. We were almost panicking as we were afraid he would not sleep. We told him the pinguin was on a holiday while we managed to find the same model and have it delivered. Just a suggestion.
Maybe you want to include a picture or link in your posts so people know what this „panda toy“ looks like.
Maybe try lost objects office? There might be a small chance that some nice person found it and brought it to it.
