It is alarmingly anti-freedom of expression to prohibit or use legal obstacles to obstruct a speech or concert based on what someone might say, even based on past speech. I don’t agree with this “pastor’s” crock of BS but suppressing speech to a willing audience accomplishes nothing. If he commits a crime like inciting violence or holocaust denial, arrest him. Short of that let him blow his hot air.

Who is making this call in Montreal – the mayor?
Palestinian protests bring safety concerns to the city too yet those are freely allowed.

How do the regulations distinguish between a concert and a normal church service with preaching and music? In any case, I think the violence and intimidation that have followed this man at his various appearances have just been playing into his hands.

Im curious as to why the permits were not giving , not a suitable venue, or just deemed that it would be disruptive because of the guest ?
If it is legitimate reason then easy answer, dont fine them , make them pay taxes like the rest of us for a year .
