Its so funny/embarassing that he was able to bring internet to the poorest parts of the entire earth in 2 years and the Irish Gov couldn’t cover ireland in 25 years.
So never I guess
Living in a rural area prone to outages when storms hit I got a satellite receiver as a backup this year and for service and easiness of set up and ability to pay for single months rather than contracts nothing even touched Starlink. It’s just the best in its field regardless of who owns it.
How much will the Irish alternative cost? Becase the OPW has just showed its hand

I presume once it’s a cheaper alternative? Not just because it’s available?
Starlink works brilliantly, is reliable and inexpensive. The massive nbi investment looks like another waste of money when this sort of service is available
