Last time I heard about Armenian restaurant industry many place closed due to tax raise. Someone knows what have changed?
Thats why there’s a new restaurant opening right in the same spot where a previous restaurant went bankrupt. If you go through Saryan Street there’s a completely new landscape every 6 months.
Have of them are money laundering schemes either way for the old government cronies to wash the millions they stole.
$100-130 per person in a restaurant is something we should celebrate? Russian refugees are making Armenia unaffordable for locals.
Most places are meh at best, just shiny Instagram pages, overpriced and bland food, with portions that even my cat would laugh at.
