    1. I wouldn’t take side of neither of these groups, they are all scums. There are far better things for tourist to do, rather then buying for sex.

Shame! Shame! I feel dirty even by reading it.

The government should be serious cleaning up these areas full of shady bars and clubs.

Why Japan allows the lives of young Japanese men and women to be wasted on these professions is beyond me.
And they talk about labor shortage!

They should close these dirty areas and help those young people rehabilitate and get them job training to begin with.
No, the government does not try to help them, but prefers getting the immigrants for labor shortage.
If the immigrants fall into this kind of profession, they will just get more immigrants.
What are they going to do with the famous barkers in Shinjuku? And absurd host bars and hostess bars?
Of course young people lose direction when they are surrounded in this unhealthy environment.

    3. I just can’t find it in me to feel bad for tourists soliciting sex in a foreign country…it’s exploitation at best.

Surely there’s much better things they can be doing…even standing in front of a conbini with a strong zero is better than this.

    4. Am I the only one here not a prude and doesn’t think sex work is bad? But defrauding people *is* bad.

The big problem with the Okubo park scene is that the short time hotels are too expensive. 10-15K for bareback short time and creampie is a good deal, but then you’ve got to fork over another 5K just for the room. Compare that to 300 baht in Thailand (~1350 yen) and it’s just not a compelling offer – especially when you look at those pics and see the quality of the trim you’re getting.

It’s hard to take a side on this when it’s pretty much accepted for this behavior. People can feel anyway they want. Japan has a ridiculous prostitution prevention law that pretty much allows for all other „acts“ besides the most obvious one exist. Arresting either side is pretty much moot when there are legal „opportunities“ to circumvent the laws. It’s accepted so why arrest and judge people when there really isn’t a way to stop this.

    7. She made over 110,000,000 yen in 2 years!!! Is that a typo? Took them long enough to arrest her lol, she’s already stolen the equivalent to 750k dollars!!
