      Can we have a single political party in this country not cave to NIMBYS, please? Nothing will get done if we keep on allowing vetoes.

      We live in a time where charter of rights and freedoms is becoming a problem for the ruling class (as it’s always been)

      The NDP already tried this whole „we need to do nothing, and do it as slow as possible“ during the 2022 election, and Ford wiped the floor with them. Why can the opposition not learn anything from their repeated defeats against him?

      They don’t have a right to refuse development. They have a right to consultation. And that right is NOT a right to veto.
