SS: The Taliban have tortured and threatened Afghans forcibly returned from Iran and Pakistan because of their identity or personal history, a U.N. report said Thursday.
Pakistan and Iran, who have been expelling illegal immigrants back to Afghanistan have been selectively tortured for their gender, ties to the previous government or if suspected of being binary.
This is backed by a former government official who has allegedly been tortured.
