Submission statement: This morning we were all talking about how Peter Thiel seems to be trying to end Trump now that he got his tax cuts and his man on the inside. Now one of Thiel’s pawns is dead.
For people who don’t know, Gawker had two major billionaire enemies. The first was Jeffrey Epstein. Back in 2015, Gawker was the only media outlet regularly publishing [stories](https://archive.is/YpnaJ) about Epstein being a pedophile. The other was Peter Thiel, who was [mad](https://www.forbes.com/sites/mattdrange/2016/06/21/peter-thiels-war-on-gawker-a-timeline/) that they outed him as gay and that he was paying [$160k/year](https://www.gawkerarchives.com/peter-thiel-is-interested-in-harvesting-the-blood-of-th-1784649830) to inject himself with the blood of a teenager. Thiel then bankrolled Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker, which resulted in its demise.
Also worth mentioning: Epstein gave Thiel [$40M](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/04/business/jeffrey-epstein-peter-thiel-estate.html) in 2015 and 2016. This was **after** Gawker started publishing stories on Epstein, and was also when J.D. Vance was Thiel’s right-hand man. Makes you wonder if Epstein was part of the plot to take down Gawker and even to insert Vance.
Crazy because I’m just watching the gawker documentary on Netflix about him suing them and then seen this news, too weird!
Now do Epsteins former lawyer, Roy Black
This man abused his body with pain meds, steroids and wild parties for the majority of his life.
The only thing suspicious about his death is that he made it this far to begin with.
Couldn’t you get Epstein into the title like a normal redditor?

I love the idea that Peter Theil, chessmastering to become real life Ozymandias before musk does, naming companies after characters in Tolkien novels who’s only client is the CIA. And this empire is threatened by a guy who ripped his shirt off and fake fought while on coke and steroids, others on the same, while wearing yellow underwear and yellow knee high boots back in the 80s.
Where does Chuck Mangione play into this equation?
