Just wanted to point out that this isn’t a BM-21 grad, it’s a Chinese built PHL-90B.
It fires the same caliber rocket, but is a fairly different system. Interestingly, the PHL-90 carries an additional 40 rockets just in front of the launcher, as well as a self loading mechanism that can apparently reload in under three minutes. The self-loading system is located just behind the cab, hidden by the canvas tarp in this video.
