For mountain and lake combo, take a train to Garmish Parichkirchen, great mountain and a pretty lake below (Eibsee I think, mountain is called the Zugspitze). Less than an hour away via train from München HbF and the ride is cery scenic.

Mountains plus lakes: yeah, that’s easy.
You can visit Tegernsee or Schliersee, both of which are easily accessible by train from Munich. It should take you 1.5h and 1h, respectively.

There is also Eibsee, a little further away. It’s right next to Germany’s tallest mountain. The train takes you there in 2h, but from the train station you have to catch a bus as well (another 30 minutes roughly).

Chiemsee is also an option, and lastly, there is Königssee, the most beautiful of them all, but sadly, further away. It’s a three-hour ride to get to the lake from Munich.

Maybe Google these to check out the one you like the most. Google also tells you how long it takes to get there from Munich Central.
