Hallo Leute, ich habe gerade die „Einzelabradung“ von meinem alten Vermieter für die 2024 erhalten. Sie hat bereits meine Zahlungen von NK abgezogen und ich muss rund 800 € mehr zahlen.
Die Sache ist, dass ich nicht sicher bin, ob diese aufgelisteten Dienste tatsächlich vom Mieter bezahlt werden sollen. Deshalb habe ich mich gefragt, ob ihr eine Vorstellung davon hat! Das letzte Mal, als ich etwas von diesem Geld zurück erhielt, glaube ich nicht, dass sie versucht, mich zu verarschen, möchte ich nur wissen, ob ich tatsächlich dafür verantwortlich bin!

the only thing you can argue about is Kabelfernsehen. she can only deduct that for the first half of 2024. also not sure what she means with Verbrauchsmaterial but the rest is pretty normal. if you only have 800€ NK this is way too low since you already had 1264€ for heating and water alone.
check the bills to find out why you paid more this year but honestly that’s not a big sum for Nebenkosten.
„Kabelfernsehen“ isn’t part of the Nebenkostenabrechnung since Juli 2024, so there you should check if it’s the same amount as 2023, then it is for a full year and shouldn’t be in the NK. But considering that you normaly pay more than 43,77 € for a year of Cable TV when you make a contract with the provider, i would leave it at that if that should be for the whole year.
It’s a bit sad to share every cost. Because sharing every cost tends to push people to not care about their usage. Heating can differ a lot per household and (hot) water usage is mostly per person. But apart from that 160 is to be expected, maybe just bad pre calculation or higher heating cost than expected
German hubby said these are all okay. The cable tv only started in 2024, its a new law. Idk why germany does not have a gas meter per apartment I know it sucks we also pay the most for gas as we have the biggest area even I rarely use gas for bathing nor do we turn on the heating during winter whereas the neighbors use 5 and still saying they feel cold. Our heater during winter is 1-2.
