Hallo. Normalerweise fülle ich jeden Monat meine Studentenbuskarte in Narvesen auf. Aber ich habe mich gefragt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, es online zu machen. Ich habe Student Rabatt 12 €/Monat. In der Rīgas Satiksme -App ist das monatliche Ticket 30 €.

I do not think such option exists. In the past, when there was a different ticket price system, student tickets (about 0.30€ per one ride) could be bought on rigassatiksme.lv webpage. That online ticket store is closed now. You need to use either Narvesen or any other store that sells tge student ticket, or a ticket machine.
Discounted tickets are only available on the personalised cards.
