This situation sucks. So corrupt. I do think this is pretty wild from the other perspective though – every day us ‘regular’ people get laid off from jobs and we just have to get back up the next morning and hit LinkedIn. No multi-million salaries, no audience who is cued when to applause and laugh at our jokes, no global stage to share our disappointment.
Sure guys, state your case, but you go through a privileged version of a layoff, even though it stings.
