Ich brauche dieses Zertifikat, um meinem Arbeitgeber zu zeigen. Die Frage stellt sich, was Ihre Nationalität neben Deutsch ist. Ich bin anfangs nicht einmal Deutsch, wie diese Frage für mich gilt. Sollte ich es Nein überlassen und vorwärts gehen?

The discern between citizenships makes no sense at all, but it’s the official wording.
The certificate just includes any previous convictions (or lack thereof) in Germany or in case of a European certificate also those of up to 3 more countries within the EU/UK.
From how I understand it there’s no way to even get your convictions or lack thereof from India transferred to the German office and have that included in the German certificate.
