      Is this the „clear evidence“ others alluded to in the other thread? I would assume if there was clear evidence it would have went further than documented allegations.

      That ought to tell you everything you need to know, taking into account the recent revelations around Russiagate etc.

      A spurious lawsuit in the middle of an election campaign is not to be read as gospel, and the judge was probably not appointed by a republican either.
