We’re exporting military equipment to the perpetrators.
We’re giving charity tax status to organizations recruiting for the perpetrators.
We’re failing to meet our commitment, as a signatory on the genocide convention, to condemn an active genocide.
We’re complicit.
As has famously been said of this: One day, everyone will have always been against this. We’ll minimize and white wash our participation.
Then we’ll probably go on to be complicit in another genocide someday.
How come the UN isn’t calling for the Palestinians to end the conflict by laying down their arms?
They were the initial aggressors. War crime.
They have no chance to push the Israelis out of Gaza.
Hamas hides weapons and combatants amongst civilians. War crime.
To answer the question its because the UN is influenced by Islamic states. Headlines like this are designed to sway public opinion in favour of Palestinians.
