      LONDON (Reuters) -Britain and more than 20 other countries called on Monday for an immediate end to the war in Gaza and criticised the Israeli government’s aid delivery model after hundreds of Palestinians were killed near sites distributing food.

      France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Canada, Denmark and other countries said more than 800 Palestinians have been killed while seeking aid and condemned what it called the „drip feeding of aid and the inhumane killing of civilians“.

      The majority of those killed were in the vicinity of Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) sites, which the United States and Israel backed to take over aid distribution in Gaza from a network led by the United Nations.

      „The Israeli government’s aid delivery model is dangerous, fuels instability and deprives Gazans of human dignity,“ the countries‘ foreign ministers said in a joint statement.

      The call for an end to the war and the way Israel delivers aid comes from several countries which are allied with Israel and its most important backer, the United States.

      The only way to end that war permanently is to remove Hamas from power, otherwise Hamas will just start another war when they’re done rebuilding their forces. Those who want to end the war before Hamas is defeated are essentially saying they want another Oct. 7.

      Israel is going to take the suggestion and shred it. Rightfully so.

      If any country willing to offer to take charge of Gaza then there free to do so. Until then Israel going to ignore them.

      There is no magic number where the destruction in Gaza becomes too much and the world forces Israel to stop. The magic number of when It’s too much is what it takes for Hamas to surrender. So yeah.

      Just meaningless political activism by politicians trying to appeal to vocal liberals & the ever growing Muslim population in these countries.

      Calling for ceasefire & an end to the war without providing any tangible solutions (namely peacekeepers), is just geopolitical virtue signalling.

      Yes and keep Hamas in power whos willing to sacrifice 10s of thousands of its citizens to the meat grinder while they hide in their rat tunnels and their leadership is chilling in Qatar luxury hotels.

      At one point they will sanction Israel and Hamas gonna congratulate all of them. Nobody has a solution for this war, most just want Israel to surrendered and ready to be slaughtered like a lamb for next round and we are back again for 10,001 timeth, meanwhile those who have power to stop the war(Qatar sniff sniff) will never get a single ounce of pressure even while harbouring Hamas and also being a main sponsor party of it.

      Hasn’t this been called for for a while now?

      Hamas has the ability to end the war. They are not. Complete and utter surrender by Hamas and the conflict may end.
