      Does anyone else have a second news source because right now only TMZ is saying this.

      If this is true, that’s awful. He was so much more than „The Cosby Show.“ He still had a thriving career. He played one of the main characters on „The Resident.“ He just recently popped up on a reoccurring role on 9-1-1.

      Complicated feelings about The Cosby Show now, but as a child, it was a staple in my household. Theo reminded me so much of my actual older brother.

      I remember jumping up and down on my bed as a kid when I first saw the episode of The Cosby Show when his the family creates what the “real world” is like in various rooms of their home as his character navigates it. I never saw a story told like that before and it truly was the first episode of television that got me excited and inspired. Loved it. RIP.

      My father and I met him randomly at Disney World while on line for Star Tours. He just happened to be right in front of us waiting to get in. I think the show had been on maybe only the first season. My dad said to him “My wife and I wish our family was as easy as the Huxtables” and he laughed and went “My dad says the same thing”.

      Damn shame. I don’t much about him but he always struck me as probably a good dude.

      He seems like one of the few former child stars that successfully transitioned to a working adult actor. He wasn’t in anything huge, but he had solid roles in multiple respected TV shows. I suspect any actor would be thrilled to have had his career.
