Ich bin gerade in eine neue Wohnung hier in der Schweiz gezogen und fand dies in der Wand. Das Haus ist ziemlich alt und hielt original (keine großen Änderungen) aus den 70ern. Hat jemand eine Vorstellung davon, was es sein könnte? Vielleicht ist die Steckdose neuer, da die Mauer direkt darunter gepatcht zu sein scheint.

It’s an old TT83 communication outlet that aren’t used anymore. If it annoys you can replace it with a blank outlet.
This is a telephone socket for the Landline.
This was initially for a phone line. Over time, it became the standard plug for internet access. But this has been phased out in the last 10–20 years by coaxial or fibre optics. Your landlord will probably have it replaced at some point.
