Indem ICE sich weigert, Gesichter oder Abzeichen zu zeigen

That, kidnappers posing as them as we’ve already seen, and it opens the door to zero accountability to these gestapo fuckwads. It’s a no-win situation when you allow these assholes to run around playing extra racist cops with no identification.

By refusing to obey the law they all become impersonators.

You can not be considered a Law Enforcement Officer when you routinely break the law yourself.

ICE is hiring the lowest of the low and not bothering to train them to obey the law themselves. In fact they are being encouraged to violate the law at every opportunity.

They are technically walking targets. No badge, face masks , who needs to comply with a kidnapping ???

With MAGA’a push for things like voter ID and stricter requirements for identifying oneself as a legal resident, it is flagrantly hypocritical of them to also push back against requiring basic identification for the members of Trump’s personal army of not-so-secret immigration police.

Whether they’ve been deputized or federalized by Trump to invade states without the governor’s consent; whether they are plain clothes or masked crews of ICE recruits throwing dissidents into unmarked vehicles; whether they’re all decked out in ICE apparel waiting outside of courtrooms without the proper warrants to arrest people or aggressively detaining Trump’s political opponents in front of crowds of onlookers; whether they are posing and parading around before cameras; hoping to be included in the next batch of anti-immigration propaganda; or even whether they are cosplaying as Trump’s loyal little hatchet men, standing by for orders to carry out his mass deportation agenda…

Whatever the situation may be, without properly identifying themselves, it doesn’t just pose a risk to public safety, but democracy itself.

And if Republicans have a problem with it, they’re only advertising their hypocrisy. They’re saying loud and clear that identification is only necessary when *they* deem it necessary—and more than that—they are asserting that the constitution only protects *their* rights and freedoms, that the law applies disproportionately to others.

Hmmm…people dressed up as ICE agents, attacking real ICE agents that have no I.D. or badges. What if the real ICE agents end up attacking other real ICE agents? Quite the pickle…glad I’m not in America.
