Its seems hes more trying to control the direction and narrative but also decentralizeing it and spreading the liability and rewards back to others .

Theres definite benifiets to this, such as motivating others to move , making them liable, and, quite frankly, allowing Carney to spend more time governing his position while also passing some of the accountability if sucess onto others.

Whats Crazy and not really being talked about is the conditions Carney is creating with in the liberal party for new potential future candidates. The liberals were extremely lucky with Carney as there was literally no one else that could of rising from the liberal party at thevtime. If they are to carry on that success they will need new faces building a presence with in the party and right now theres a ton of potential for that to happen .

Im comparison to the CPC environment right now where there is no room for growth or additions to the partys brand .
