This might be a hot take but Corenswet is a much better Superman than Henry Cavill. So it worked out regardless.
It’s a waste of his talent to put him in stuff like this.

Don’t worry. There will be at least five more remakes. He’ll get another shot at it. We’re doing one superman remake a year now.
If they ever get to crisis on multiple earths he could always come back.
