Not gonna lie, I would not pay a fiver for croissants, but I have and will pay that for a proper sourdough rye bread…

A friend of mine pointed out that standing in line for a loaf of bread is now a posh thing to do, we’ve lost the run of ourselves.

After various lockdowns I will never complain about the prices in bakeries. Croissants and sourdough are an absolute nightmare to make.
People cry about inflation and then they que to buy a €7 sausage roll.
