The problem with this is that very often one waives such rights to handle such classified documents. Guarantee you if I was still in the USAF and handling such documents and I did something like this, they’d leave me in jail or prison until I provided the information they wanted. They tell you stuff similar to this in indoctrination briefings: the government will find you and will do something about it if you leak classified.

If you don’t like it, your option is to refuse to handle classified (i.e. find a different job)

I’m NOT saying the government can violate constitutional rights. I’m saying some of voluntarily waived those to handle classified.
