      The letter:

      It isn’t clear how the letter with Trump’s signature was prepared. Inside the outline of the naked woman was a typewritten note styled as an imaginary conversation between Trump and Epstein, written in the third person.

      “Voice Over: There must be more to life than having everything,” the note began.

      Donald: Yes, there is, but I won’t tell you what it is.

      Jeffrey: Nor will I, since I also know what it is.

      Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.

      Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it.

      Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?

      Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you.

      Trump: A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.

      It’s been surreal seeing this all play out since first reading in 2008 about the deal Alex Acosta gave to Epstein. That’s what put the whole thing on my map.

      Then to see Acosta later get brought into the first Trump administration was wild, but also now how the story is just exploding. There’s so much out there that was evident back then that hasn’t yet been talked about. It’s gonna get crazy.

      How many times can he cry wolf about “fake news” before his base realizes he’s a charlatan, a liar, a fraud, and so-on? I get it, they’re allergic to facts and can’t see outside their cult of personality. But come on, “everything is always fake except things that are positive of me.” It’s been a decade of this garbage.
