A female politician casually expressed that it would be nice if menstrual products were available in school and public restrooms — just a simple, hopeful comment — and yet she received 8,000 death threats.

Whenever a female politician makes a reasonable statement, irrational criticisms emerge such as, “What she said is fine, but her strong personality is the problem.”

Even when such incidents are reported in the news, malicious individuals turn a blind eye and continue to make sarcastic remarks like, “If you’re dissatisfied with politics, why don’t you run for office yourself?”

Such people mistakenly believe that their irrational arguments are actually reasonable and justified.
