She’s a good candidate, much better than McGuinness who comes across as unlikeable.
Better than Mairead McGuiness anyway.
Her commitment to being a voice for reflection and decency is what I think will get my top vote from her. I listened to a podcast with her and you could just tell she thinks deeply about things, has uncertainty, but is driven by values.

I really hope she doesn’t get it. I get that she’s going for the Higgins vote but she doesn’t have an ounce of the President’s integrity.
I feel so sorry for the people in Ireland of Syrian and Ukrainian extraction, many of them far from home and who have lost friends and family solely due to the actions of the strongmen this bigoted woman supports. Shame on the Soc Dems and PBP.
I’ll probably vote for her. She’d be a great mammy to the nation, unlike Mairead McGuinness, who would be more of a grumpy aunt who drives a 3 Series convertible and always mixes you up with your cousin to the nation.

I think she’ll be absolutely filleted on her views on foreign policy once the race heats up, and ultimately that is what will lose her the presidency.
Have to say I’m struggling to get excited by any candidate looking at the line up so far (Connolly and McGuinness and the porobability of Mary Lou Joining them). It feels like we’re lacking candidates of the quality of Mary Robinson and Mary McAleese. If we only end up with those three I’ll really struggle to pick one to vote for.

I don’t think most people have a clue about her extreme world views. She is naive and ignorant at best. At worst dangerous and could do Ireland a lot of damage on the international stage.
An incredibly evil woman. She’d strangle a Syrian or Ukrainian child with her own hands if Assad or Putin asked. Evil.
