For parking, try the app easypark. Autopass and parking are not really linked.
Yes, you can pay to the IBAN. Make sure to include the invoice / reference number! You can also contest the ticket (it will automatically freeze the payment due date until they have responded). Common ticket faults: Missing / poor signage, ticket issued without 5 minute grace period, you can prove you left the ground and parked again, equipment failure (e.g. camera recognizion systems, vending machines), ticket was visible (they will usually have 2-3 photos).
