ya, Canadians are sick of seeing our side capitulate for NOTHING. We aren’t getting anything in return. Only to see „new“ tariffs announced….

    2. We should play the same game. Agree to take down the Digital Services Tax, then put a tariff on electricity exports. When they complain, agree to take that down, then raise the income tax on US corporations. When they complain, agree to take that down, then abrogate US patents. When they complain, agree to reverse that, then put the export tariff back on electricity again. Etc.

      I’ve spoke about this before.

Even before Trump became President of the United States of America the first time around he made it clear that he only believes in competitive bargaining. He always believes there is a winner and loser. This kind of one dimensional thinking is just how this man operates on every single level.

I mean my goodness the USMCA that he hates so much and calls terrible every second day is HIS AGREEMENT!

You give a bit with him thinking it will at least cool the temperature and then he returns later wanting more. He does this over and over ad infinitum.

We all need to realize in Canada that this man is a bully and we are in for tough times. We need to diversify away from the U.S. as much as is possible.
