Hallo! Ich habe mich in diesen schönen Hund verliebt, während ich in einem Familienurlaub in Tivat (und sie hat sich in mich verliebt). Um sie zu transportieren, muss sie mikrochipiert, geimpft, Deflead usw. gibt, gibt es eine Organisation, die mir helfen kann. Ich werde offensichtlich bezahlen, brauche nur jemanden, der die körperliche Arbeit leistet und sie dabei um sie kümmert.

The easiest option would have been that you microchipped the dog to your name while still there, got it vaccinated against rabbies, found a foster for 3 months. 3 months after the rabbies vax, dogs take the test, if ok,they can travel into EU (the cheapest option again-you come and take your dog).
You can find some local dog shelter/ngo to help you with all this paperwork also, and even organize transport to your destination.
If this rabbies test does not apply to your home country,then just contact a local shelter to help with the transfer.
