If we can get fdic insurance to apply to bitcoin it will do a LOT to get retail and older investors into it.
Knowing if it gets “hacked” or a looming quantum computing threat some are worried about comes to fruition, that even if you lose your BTC your bank insured it up to 250k or so would ease a lot of concerns probably…
