Trump gerade jetzt: „Wir haben einen anderen gelöst – den wir nur zu haben scheinen – Armenien und Aserbaidschan. Es sieht so aus, als würde das zu einem Schluss kommen, eine erfolgreiche Schlussfolgerung.

If this deal prevents war for at least 10 years, then I am all for it.
He name dropped the names like that?? Isn’t this first time he has done it? What’s going to come to a conclusion? A peace deal or the “corridor”? Does this mean that the previous claim of 32km “corridor” in syunik is gonna be handed to the US for 100 years?
‚murica
So that means he actually hasn’t done shit
Turkey and Azerbaijan waited until Trump was in power before starting war. They saw how he looked the other way when China stripped Hong Kong’s autonomy. The US was notably absent from the negotiating table post war, allowing Russia to take the lead. Now he’s done absolutely nothing, and he wants to take credit for a potential peace treaty.
This is what a weakling looks like.

How many electoral votes will Zangezur have?
Another “I did nothing” for the books.
I’m shocked he remembers either country exists. If it were up to Aliyev, he will preserve the conflict forever, both for his domestic needs and because it stunts Armenia via two closed borders. So I think any movement is great.
Everyone, don’t trust this shit. He obviously values oil of Aliyev and real estates of Erdoğan over Armenian (and Azeri and Turkish) human lives.
I think there is both good and bad to this if the corridor deal goes through. America has no interest in Armenia and they have made that very clear. On top of this, the corridor would be a way for Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Israel to have much easier access to profit off of one another, and America as well.
The good thing is IF Turkey and Azerbaijan were actually serious about peace, as well as Armenia, the region would benefit greatly and economically speaking Armenia would be able to thrive much more than it is currently. The likelihood of Turkey and Azerbaijan actually following through is very small though in my opinion (see any non-turkish history textbook), which is unfortunate because I think that if this corrdior was successful and peace remained it would benefit Armenia greatly and get us further from Russia even more and be more independent.
