Hallo!

Does the whole flat have floor heating or just the bathroom? It’s entirely possible that you can’t switch off the floor heating in the bathroom because that would create mold and mildew, so it might just always be on to protect the structure.

    2. Do you own or rent the apartment? If you rent, I would recommend contacting the maintenance company. They might be able to adjust the heating in the bathroom for you. There might also be a problem with the bathroom radiator so that it stays on when it should be off, and the maintenance company could fix that.

    3. Here to remind everyone reading this and possibly suffering from hot apartments, tenants are allowed to get reduced rent from days where your apartment temperature goes over +32celcius. I’ve had this once and I wrote down all the days when my temperature surpassed this and I offered it to the apartment owner, ofc before doing this I contacted them and let them know how hot the apartment was and I was eligible for the reduced rent.

    4. No floor heating in those fuses.
I don’t think the floor heating is the problem, you might want to get some fans and/or ac.

    5. reminder that if renting, owner must ensure that apartment does not get too hot or cold, so if you have a fan and windows open and inside temp is >33 then you are entitled to lower rent or renter must provide cooling.

i myself invested into a small movable AC, allthought its loud so i have to sleep with earblugs.

also no floor heating or any other heating on that panel image.

Stay away from breaker box unless you know what you are doing, its not a control panel

    7. The floor heating might not even be electric, sometimes those are connected to hot water lines/district heating and can’t be turned off. I have such heater in my bathroom and yes, it’s toasty in there.

    8. No, there are no options to turn floor heating and bathroom radiator here on this electric panel.

At least in my apartment there is a small box next to the bathroom entrance with on/off setting and a round handle – it controls floor heating.

Wrap a towel around the radiator. Keep the bathroom door closed.

And get window blinds to protect from sun rays in all rooms.

    9. If the floor heating is using water instead of electricity it’s probably 22-27 degrees, meaning it’s actually cooling your apartment while also keeping the moisture away. No need to touch it.

    10. My guess (and also in some other comments) is that you have some radiator(s) in bathroom connected to hot water, same that is connected to taps, shower etc. This water circulation can also heat floor if connected pipes are located there.

You could close hot water circulation on those radiators from small ball valves those have in both ends. Ball valve is closed when flathead is crosswised. But this is not allowed cause there is for example a risk for legionella bacter to grow in these pipes if water temp goes down.

Everyone thinks Finland is a cold county until they have to live here in the summer. My crib was like 29,5 this morning.

I feel you. Humidity is also so high. But usually, it is even worse in summers. This summer is still….okay. Just having the fan on 24/7. But no, you can’t and shouldn’t turn the heating off

Usually apartments with floor heating have switches for them in each room on walls.
Don’t see any in this breaker box for them, so don’t touch anything.

Hot usage water is running through radiator and this cannot be closed. I suggest covering it to isulate the temperature.
