This is hard to hear. Jeff Lynne and ELO has been the soundtrack to my life since I discovered them in 1974. Get well soon, Mr. Lynne.
Hope it ain’t nothing too serious. One of the best bands to catch live.
So glad I was able to see the over and out tour last summer in Philly, and the previous tour before that at Madison square garden. One of the best live shows I’ve ever seen. Sadly, Lynne wasn’t quite himself last year and you could see just how exhausting the shows were for him, but he still put on a helluva show. Will always be one of the greats. Thanks for some of the best music the world has ever had.
What a shame. Im so grateful that I got a chance to see them last year.

My 16 yo son is a huge fan. We spent last night watching ELO music videos and past performances on YouTube. I hope he is doing well.
Man I saw him and his new ELO a few years ago and they slayed. Just absolute banger after banger on the setlist. They even left Strange Magic off but still delivered a hell of a show.
Super sad to hear this. One of the all time greats.
