Have you cancelled the package?
You signed a contract that needs you to pay monthly but you didn’t. It doesn’t matter if you use it or not.
It looks like you have a subscription you didn’t cancel but that you pay via Aldi talk, so now you’re in the negative with your balance. You have to refill that to get out of the negative. I also recommend you to cancel said subscription until you repaid your negative score, before you go deeper into the minus
Do you pay with your Bank Information or with Cash Voucher from Aldi direct?
You signed up for a package that will deduct a certain amount from your pre-paid balance every month. It’s up to you to keep the balance topped up to cover those charges.

so you never cancelled, got a new package and didn’t have enough money.
who cares if you use it or not? they provide it, no matter what you do with it.
Also if you run out of a package they bill you for the use per mb on a certain rate. So your phone just being connected to the network will drain the balance. Had that once when I forgot to renew.
Although this is prepaid and not a 2-year contract, ALDI will keep you on the selected plan UNLESS YOU CANCEL.
Which you can do in your ALDI Talk app on your phone or online at MyAlditalk.
If you do not want to use it right now, get 1×15 + 1×5 Euro Aufladebon at an ALDI market and pay those 18.99 with it. If you want to use the plan and need another 14.99, top up the SIM with 35 Euro (use 1×30 + 1×5).
If you do not need the plan EACH MONTH, you must cancel it after you chose it, otherwise it will be automatically renewed.

It’s a flatrate. It says so in the contract you accepted.
