Actually not. But it happens and is usually not worth the hassle. Order your second one with the words „aber diesmal bitte mehr Bier als Schaum“ 😉
This is disgusting. Anything below 0.5 is already a crime but the amount of foam is basically spitting in your face.
No. But most of the time the waiters/waitresses don’t mind filling it up if you show them.
I suspect it’s 10 ounces.
It’s as acceptable as asking a question without a question mark. People do it despite knowing they shouldn’t. Still better than a glass filled with ice cubes.
