I think you’re all missing the point here. The point is to squash any „both sides are hiding the list“ lines by showing this vote going down along party lines with Republicans blocking it.

Personally I think playing into the Epstein thing for Dems is a misplay. Nothing will get MAGA over the Epstein debacle faster than Democrats bringing it up.
I doubt Mike Johnson is going to let it come to the floor for a vote.
It’ll be VERY revealing to see who votes not to release it. Hopefully voting no is a political death sentence.

It would’ve been nice if this was all released years ago regardless of the administration.
Anything even remotely incriminating to Trump was destroyed on discovery. It was during his first term and he had all the power to do so, along with ensuring the suicide. The rest is being used to keep people loyal to Trump—so he can’t release it, otherwise he’d have no leverage.
You know who doesn’t want to release them? The people on it.
Do we really think they are going to release it with Trump’s name all over it? I will bet my nuts they have been redacting if not destroying everything that leads back to Trump.
I don’t know why they didn’t just say Biden destroyed all the files once they got into office instead of Bondi making claims that she had the client list on her desk.

The entire left wing media ecosystem needs to coalesce and hammer this point relentlessly. Release the files. Everyone, every YouTuber, every Twitch streamer, every podcaster all of them, they need to be insisting every hour that all of the files be released. This is straight out of the GOP’s playbook, you know , the one they are using to drive our democracy off a cliff. Release. The. Files.

I have seen posters of a few Conservative subs arguing that Democrats not calling for the release of the file is proof Democrats are in on the cover up. That is clearly not the case.

Establishment Democrats don’t want that list released as much as Trump and the GOP.
