Hallo! Meine Familie und ich (+2 kleine Kinder) fliegen nächste Woche nach Billund, um Legoland zu besuchen, und wir werden danach aus CPH bleiben. Wir wollten das Hotel ursprünglich fragen, wie man zu CPH kommt, wenn wir dort ankommen, aber jetzt in Panik in der Gedanken, dass es teurer oder nicht gekauft werden wird.
Ursprünglich dachte ich, es gäbe einen Zug von Vejle, der uns direkt nach København bringen kann, aber es sieht so aus, als ob es einige Konstruktionen geben könnte (pro DSB.DK und Google Maps)? Wir werden den Tag im Lego House verbringen und abends nach CPH reisen. Bedeutet dies, dass wir dreimal über einen Zeitraum von vier Stunden übertragen werden müssen? Da wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern und all unser Gepäck reisen, möchten wir so wenige Überweisungen wie möglich haben, insbesondere wenn eine Chance besteht, dass eine Transfer übersehen wird.
Was sind weitere Optionen, um CPH (Drive, Taxi, Boot) zu erreichen, und wie vergleichen sich die Reisemodi? Wie vergleicht das Zugsystem am Abend (gegenüber dem Tag)? Irgendwelche anderen Tipps für unsere Reise? Vielen Dank!

Most convenient option is flying from BLL to CPH…
If you are in Billund then why not just take a plane?

Yes, there’s maintenance on the train tracks which is the reason. Like someone else said, flying from Billund to CPH is easier.
Flixbus is another option, which is cheaper and maybe less of a hassle than flying with 2 small children.

I’d rule out taking the train, mainly because not all of the replacement busses can handle huge suitcases
The plane is definitely the easiest way, but if you’re trying to save some cash, you could grab the Flixbus from Vejle – it goes straight to Copenhagen.

Flixbus has one or two direct Daily departures which is more convienient when there is Engineering works on the railroad. But the bus is in the afternoon, which I guess must be preferable to evening when you are travelling with small children

Rent a car, might cost more but less hassle (though renting a car in Denmark is still a complicated process)
Possibly GoMore but that’s more spontaneous and it doesn’t seem like a common route. Perhaps it could get you most of the way, if for example you’re looking for an Aarhus to CPH ride and can make arrangements with the driver to get picked up on the way.
If you haven’t booked your accommodation in CPH yet, you could detour via Aarhus (Billund to Aarhus by direct bus 912X), stay the night there, and take the direct coach to Copenhagen which brings you onto the catamaran to Sjællands Odde (Kombardo I think is the name nowadays)
You could consider getting a taxi from Legoland to Vejle as that will be faster and a bit less hassle than the bus.
Depending on what day this is I can offer to drive you from Korsør to your final destination in Copenhagen at no cost as I have to pick up something at a friends place in Copenhagen anyways and it doesn’t matter much which day or time it is. Then you don’t have to take the bus from Korsør to Slagelse or change in Slagelse. Only caveat is that all of the luggage would have to fit in a Tesla Model 3.

Take the bus/train to sønderborg and fly over to CPH in 45 min 🙂
If you must take the train. Find someone on it who is also going to Copenhagen. It will probably be around 50 percent of the passengers easily. Then ask if you can tag along. Most people are friendly. Also be sure to make seat reservations. The trans can be crowed during summer.
