      I don’t mind the heat. Sun exposure though must be cared for: if you are not into heavy sunscreen, limit your exposure down to 25 mins per 2 hour intervals. UV radiation levels are currently at 6 for Sørlandet and Østlandet. Will decrease substantially after 17:00. Be very careful about this. [DSA](https://www.dsa.no/en/sun-and-sunbeds)
